The Longevity Lab begins with a 6-month commitment because meaningful change takes time.

During those six months, you’ll gain insights from your genetics, labs, coaching, and personalized recommendations while building sustainable habits that fit your life.

Many members choose to continue beyond the initial six months for ongoing support, accountability, and continued optimization, but there is no long-term obligation beyond your initial commitment.

We utilize the 3×4 Genetics test, ensuring your data remains safe, secure, and private. Once your results are ready, a PDF will be uploaded to your private portal. Bring these to our monthly genetics review, where we can review your results through a dynamic, personalized presentation that everyone can benefit from. You’ll then be able to determine your nutritional needs, tailored supplement recommendations, and lifestyle interventions.

The Longevity Lab is an application-based program with two levels of support: Core and Performance.

Programs start at $249 per month during the initial 6-month commitment, with investment varying based on the pathway and whether you prefer to pay in full, or in installments. Many members use HSA/FSA funds for eligible testing and nutrition services. 

During your application conversation, we’ll learn more about your goals, answer your questions, and help determine whether the Longevity Lab is the right fit before discussing specific recommendations and pricing.
